以心行意(YiXinXinYi): to use the Xin to mobilize the Yi

以氣運身(YiXinYunShen): to use the Qi  to function (i.e. activate)  the body

以意為變化(YiYiWeiBianHua): to use the Yi to vary (the situations); to use the Yi as a variable (factor for any change)

以意探之(YiYiTanZhi): to use the Yi to probe or detect

以意引氣(YiYiYinQi): to use the Yi to move the Qi; to use mind to lead Qi.

以小制大 achieve maximum result with minimum effort

以靜制動(YiJinZhiDong): to use the calmness to govern the movements
