擦 to-and-fro rubbing

採(Cai): to pluck or plucking. One of the eight basic Jin patterns or hand techniques of Taijiquan.

採勁(CaiJin): the pluck Jin; Cai energy or force; the martial power of Cai.

採列肘靠(CaiLieZhouKao): pluck, split, elbow, and bump

採藥(CaiYao): pick up the herb, refers to receive the generated Qi
